HOW DOES THE ARCOVE FEE CREDIT WORK?
Build with ARCOVE and your Discover & Design professional fee is credited toward the building contract under your agreed proposal and contract. Third-party consultant fees, investigations and approval charges are separate and excluded.

HOW INVOLVED DO I NEED TO BE?
We fit meetings around your schedule. Work closely with us on the details, or let us manage day-to-day coordination while you make key decisions. Clear updates help you stay informed.

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS?
We coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and trades, clarifying requirements, responsibilities and decisions. Practical building input and clear communication help the team move forward together.

DO I NEED LAND OR FINISHED PLANS?
No. Speak with us before purchasing a block or commissioning detailed drawings. Tell us your suburb, whether you have land and what you want your home to achieve.

CAN YOU HELP WITH RENOVATIONS AND EXISTING PLANS?
Yes. ARCOVE works on custom homes, kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home renovations. If you already have drawings, we can review the information needed to discuss your scope and an estimate. Early building input can help clarify buildability and the next steps.

WHAT SHOULD I SEND TO GET STARTED?
