Build a home around the way you want to live. ARCOVE brings engineering, building and project coordination together for custom homes in Brisbane and Logan. Our Mount Gravatt knockdown and rebuild is underway, while our Moorooka project is in the design phase.
START EARLY. MAKE INFORMED CHOICES.
Speak with us before buying land, commissioning detailed drawings or finalising plans. We consider your site, priorities and budget together, so your design develops with practical building input.
DESIGN AND COSTS, CONSIDERED TOGETHER
As qualified engineers and licensed builders, we review structural needs, buildability and construction estimates as plans develop. Finding issues early can help reduce avoidable redesigns and surprises.
ONE TEAM TO COORDINATE THE JOURNEY
Discover. Design. Build. Enjoy. We coordinate designers, consultants and trades, with clear updates and meetings that fit around you. Choose how closely you want to be involved while staying part of key decisions.
YOUR ARCOVE FEE CREDIT
Proceed with ARCOVE for your build and your Discover & Design professional fee is credited toward the building contract, under your agreed proposal and contract. Third-party consultant fees, investigations and approval charges are separate and excluded.
DO I NEED FINISHED PLANS?
No. Bring your ideas, your suburb and any plans you have. We will discuss your scope, the information needed for an estimate and a suitable next step.
Let’s discuss your home. Call or text 0474 958 838, or email info@arcove.com.au.
MOUNT GRAVATT — CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY
A knockdown and rebuild for a new family home, with provision for multigenerational living. ARCOVE has coordinated the approvals and started construction, helping move the project from planning into the build.
MOOROOKA — DESIGN IN PROGRESS
A knockdown and rebuild planned around a growing family and multigenerational living needs. The goal is a modern home that suits the way the family wants to live. ARCOVE has helped with site investigations and is coordinating the next steps with architects and other professionals.
